Audra Barclay is the human-in-charge behind Need a Better Website, which has arisen from the need to help small to medium business with common website problems and to provide strategies to:

• increase trafffic
• increase conversions, and
• improve customer/user experience.

Audra is the former Owner and Lead Digital Architect at J!BT Websites with experience in educational, corporate, not-for-profit, ecommerce and small-to-medium business websites, providing strategy for architecture, SEO and user experience. Clients included the Climate Institute, Science Foundation Online, GS Diamonds, Glenmore Meats and Managing Work|Life Balance International.

Prior to that Audra ran a Joomla! training and development consultancy - J!Building and Training, educating clients and developers in all aspects of web-design and development.
